Scott Huber is an experienced real estate broker who serves all demographics in the Greater Seattle area, including first-time homebuyers, up- and downsizers, retirees, and investors. He is passionate about helping his clients achieve their financial goals through homeownership and prioritizes providing thoughtful, efficient client communication so he can align with and deliver on his clients’ definition of “home.”
 
As an agent, Scott is hardworking, detail oriented, and motivated to empower his clients to succeed on their terms, meaning his focus never wanders from his clients’ needs and best interests. And with years of experience to bolster his service-oriented approach, Scott has honed valuable marketing and sales skills that help his clients win in the competitive markets he serves. With his network of vetted vendors to maximize the value of clients’ homes, working with Scott ensures high returns on investments.
 
Scott earned his bachelor’s degree in marine engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy in 1994 and his master’s degree in business administration from Seattle University in 2005. Given his military education and his service in the first Persian Gulf War, Scott specializes in working with military personnel and veterans.
 
Scott was first introduced to real estate upon helping his parents purchase their first home in 1995. This was a particularly meaningful experience for Scott because he witnessed the financial security that comes with homeownership. Since then, he has experienced what it feels like to increase personal wealth by buying and selling four of his own homes. Scott is eager to share his financial insights with his clients so they can reach their personal and financial goals.
