Jackson holds a bachelor’s degree in entrepreneurship and cross-cultural studies, which taught him how to communicate clearly, find solutions to complex problems, and do research to understand market conditions. His professional background includes customer service, sales, and health care, where he gained firsthand experience working with people of all backgrounds to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied.
