Meet Tyler

Tyler knew he had a knack for real estate at a very early age. Coming from a family of brokers, he was filling signposts with flyers and stocking shoe bins with booties since before he had a drivers license. Tyler was raised in the Tacoma area enjoying all the beautiful amenities the greater Puget Sound area has to offer. 

At the age of 18, Tyler started a labor construction business providing labor services to commercial development sites across Seattle and Tacoma. After 2 successful years and working his way up to site manager on numerous projects, Tyler sold his business and began a property management firm while working part time as a real estate broker. 6 months later, Tyler made the switch to a full time agent and a part time property manager. Eventually exiting from his property management firm in late 2022, Tyler fell in love with the science behind real estate investing and helping his clients find their next property. Tyler’s obsession with real estate is fueled by showing his clients the long term financial stability and freedom you can achieve through real estate.
